Warranty

Alumark Aluminium Supply hereby warrants that any Intrudaguard Product supplied for distribution by Alumark Aluminium Supply shall be free of material defects, under normal residential use, in regards to the Aluminium Framing and Mesh Component of the product for a period of ten (10) years, PROVIDED THAT: upon installation, the product is maintained strictly in accordance with the care and maintenance guide as advised herein by Alumark Aluminium Supply. Any unauthorised departure there from will void this warranty.

Claim Process

All Claims must be lodged with the Intrudaguard dealer  in writing accompanied with a valid Tax invoice as proof of purchase.

If a claim is found to be valid then the following will apply:

1. Alumark Aluminium Supply will arrange for repair or replacement of the component deemed to be defective but will not be responsible for the installation or the cost of installation of same.

2. In the event that any claim is found to be invalid then all costs incurred  by Alumark Aluminium Supply in the Claim Process shall be borne by the Owner.

Exclusions To The Warranty

Any claims made outside the ten (10)  year period commencing from the date of purchase.

Locks, Cylinders, Hinges Door closers, Rollers or any other Accessory Item fitted to the Product.

This Warranty Becomes Invalid if any of the following occur:

1. Failure of the Owner to properly follow the care and maintenance guide as provided by Alumark Aluminium Supply.

2. Damage, Abuse, Misuse, Accident and Normal Wear & Tear.

3. Alteration of the Product in any way including the Installation of Non-Original Parts.

4. Fire & Act of God.
